| Knowledgeable | Learners become the committee for the SMN Cup 2022. Learners learn about the game’s rule, so they understand about the games that is held in the SMN Cup 2022 |
| Communicators | Learners write a proposal, a log report and a reflection with their own words. Learners learn how to write a proper proposal and reflection. |
| Caring | Learners visit Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (YKAKI) and do fundraising for them by selling some snacks at a school event. All the profit goes to YKAKI. |
| Risk-Takers | Learners take an opportunity to do something new. For example, make a nylon bracelet, join an off-road event, take a music course, take a driving lesson or become part of the student council etc. |

| Balanced | Learners join the SMN Cup and take part as the committee. Even though they have so many school assignments, they are still willing to be a part of the school event. |
| Reflective | Learners write a reflection after the activity. It provides students the opportunity to share thoughts, and honest accounts of what they’ve gained during that period |
