IB Learner Profile | Learning Activity |
Inquirers | Learners are using this unique profile on the research they did on the author’s life and times before we started to even study the literary work. |
Knowledgeable | Learners are presenting and investigating the issues of the structure, styles that engage them to the times and context related to the original text or novel even on the film adaptation viewing. |
Thinkers | Our learners are progressively showing critical analysis by comparing and contrasting their observation on a reasonable ethical decision present in the exercises in the course companion or directly in the novel. |
Communicators | One of the pronounced skills they are developing and showing progress is their ability to express their thoughts into the homework, worksheet and even monthly quizzes or chances to give their opinion in an engaging session. |
Risk-Takers | Admiringly students are beginning to explore with more confidence using creative strategies in completing tasks particularly in Paper 1 and Paper 2 exercises. They interpret and follow the instruction with great deal of independence and even collaboration to meet the challenge given by the text. |
Reflective | Learners are expressing their ideas and experiences as a good basis of their perspective on the writing task. Their own weakness is becoming their own strength in analysing the themes of the novel being studied. |

In one instance, they are able to evaluate their Asian or local values compared to the traditions of others. They are willing to grow from the lteratary experience and still consider the western point of view without being biassed, but acceptable to the diversity they are able to explain. |
Balanced | On the setting of face-to-face discussion or even online, our current batch observed their oral justification on issues giving valid reasons or evidence to support an answer or conclusion with interdependence to classmates and prior knowledge . A testament that they achieved balanced well being. |
